Welcome to Box Box

These terms govern your use of the Box Box app and website. By using Box Box, you agree to these terms.

What Box Box Is

Box Box is a fantasy motorsports game where you pick drivers and constructors, earn points based on real race results, and compete with friends. It's a game for entertainment purposes only.

Box Box is not gambling. There is no real money wagering. All in-app purchases are for optional premium features, not for additional chances to win.

Your Account

You need an account to use Box Box. You can sign in with your Apple ID.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not create multiple accounts

Rules of Play

To keep the game fair, you agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
  • Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them instead)
  • Manipulate scores or standings
  • Harass other players
  • Use offensive names or content in leagues

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Box Box offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

Box Box and its content are owned by Opus Vita. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer

Box Box is an independent fantasy sports application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any motorsports organization, racing series, team, or driver. All team names, driver names, and related marks used in the app are for identification purposes only.

Availability & Changes

We strive to keep Box Box available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The app may be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may update the app, change features, or modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

Box Box is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Lost data or scores
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions of other users
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
